One Colorado’s Heart Strings are back for you to love on. Pen poetic notions for your main squeeze or secret crush on a heart and attach it to the strings located throughout the property. Don’t be shy - write, show, and spread your love in the heart of Old Pasadena with #HeartStrings

 

Love Blossoms | Monday, February 14

One Colorado is blooming this Valentine's Day! Create your free bouquet for your special some"bud"y.  

Find the flower-filled hearts in the Courtyard behind Salt & Straw. Share the love by snapping a photo of your blossoming bouquet with #loveblossoms and @OneColoradoOldPasadena.

Love YourSELF | Yoga & Brunch with Spenga and Sage Vegan Bistro

Grab your Galentine's and head to One Colorado to Love YourSELF with a complimentary yoga class led by Spenga, Pasadena. Then, join us as we head into Sage Vegan Bistro for a brunch to celebrate all things YOU!

Yoga | 10am | This Spenga class is complimentary. RSVP to let us know you're coming! Each guest that attends the yoga class will receive a Sage Vegan Bistro booklet with discounts and promotions.

Yoga + Brunch | 10am; Yoga 11am; Brunch | By donating a $5 Yoga + Brunch ticket, you will reserve a spot for the Spenga Yoga class, and have a seat reserved for you at Sage Vegan Bistro. Each guest will also receive a welcome juice or smoothie + a booklet with Sage discounts and promotions. About the Class | Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress as we flow through many sequential movements between poses. Focusing on posture with specific attention on alignment, breath work, and coordination. This athletic flow becomes a moving meditation that increases strength, flexibility, freedom, improves breath capacity, and fluidity in the body and mind. Ideal for any age or physical condition or experienced students. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water.
